If you spend a lot of time working with a computer, reading or watching TV you are most likely short sighted. This means that you are unable to see objects in the distance very clearly.
With our life style we are most likely to be short sighted as we spend a lot of time watching TV, using computer, reading or playing video games where we do not loose focus from the short distance object. This means that we are unable to see objects in the distance very clearly.
Here are few quick eye exercises you can use to improve your eyesight, and increase your ability to see objects in the distance.
It’s a good habit to look move your focus from computer or TV after every 30-40 minutes and look at an object which is relatively far like the corner of the room or look out of the window for few seconds.
This will improve your focus of distance objects, by now allowing your eye from getting used to focusing on object close to you.
Now the next exercise is to strengthen your focus. Stretch your hand out by putting your fingers in front of your face. Now focus on your figure for few seconds and then move the focus to a distance object. Repeat this for 5-6 times. This exercise needs to be followed every 1-2 hrs.
The next exercise is very easy and this will help strengthen your eye muscle. When watching TV or computer after every 1-2 hrs spend 1 min following this exercise. First look at the right top corner of your screen and then the left bottom of the screen repeat this 8-10 times and then look at the left top corner of your screen and then the right bottom of the screen repeat this 8-10 times. Now look vertically Up and down of the screen and then from right to left.
It is also a good practice to relax your neck after every 30-40 min by moving your head in a circular motion and front and back this will the blood circulation.
You can follow these exercise and I am sure that you will definitely improve your vision.

But remember, getting enough sleep and eating green leafy leaves are also important factors in maintaining good eyesight.
